This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Multi‑Site Lead Teacher based in Beverly, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Multi‑Site Lead Teacher will oversee multiple classroom settings, provide leadership and guidance to teaching teams, develop and implement lesson plans, create engaging learning environments, mentor staff, and foster positive communication with children, families, and colleagues. The role requires overseeing curriculum delivery, collaborating with center directors, and maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.

• Proficiency in developing and executing lesson plans and curriculum design
• Strong background in education and teaching, with experience in early childhood development
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with children, families, and staff
• Demonstrated experience in employee training and mentoring
• Organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple sites and ensure consistency
• Familiarity with licensing standards and compliance requirements for early learning centers
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
