Examples of DutiesWe are hiring dynamic individuals to develop and teach online courses for a new certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy. Online course developers and instructors are content experts who focus on providing an elite educational experience for learners.
- FA 104 - Introduction to Expressive Arts Therapy
- FA 114 - Principles and Practices of Expressive Arts Therapy
- FA 204 - Expressive Arts Therapy Studio
- An earned terminal degree in the discipline or a related field (a doctoral degree preferred)
- Prior online course design experience in higher education preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate subject matter to others
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Commitment to providing innovative and engaging online education
Rate structure (maximum per credit hour):
- Undergraduate course – Master’s prepared: $933.33
- Undergraduate course – Doctoral or equivalent prepared: $1,016.67
- Graduate course – Master’s level prepared: $1,016.67
- Graduate course – Doctoral or equivalent prepared: $1,100.00
- Lab sections undergraduate – Master’s prepared: $1,150.00
- Lab sections undergraduate – Doctoral or equivalent prepared: $1,250.00
- Online course development proposal or development fees: $500.00 – $3,000.00 depending on complexity
- Rate is dependent upon the number of students enrolled in the assigned course
