This is a volunteer and remote role for a Mentor  a Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to individuals participating in mentorship or leadership programs. Your responsibilities will include fostering personal and professional growth, offering advice, providing constructive feedback, and helping mentees achieve their goals. You will also be expected to commit to regular virtual meetings and collaborate with the Inzpire

U team to ensure the success of the mentorship process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with mentees and provide thoughtful guidance
• Experience in mentorship, leadership development, or career coaching
• Strong ability to listen actively, empathize, and offer constructive feedback
• Organizational skills and time management to manage mentorship sessions effectively
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and proficiency in remote work environments
• A genuine passion for personal and professional development and a commitment to empowering individuals
• Previous experience in education, workforce development, or DEI initiatives is a plus
