• Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or PhD in Nursing, or a Doctorate degree in any area with a Master's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing practice as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least 2 years of current experience
• Active unencumbered Registered Arizona Nurse or Multistate (RN) license
• Arizona Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification
• National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner

• Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory
• High level of problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to convey a professional image and represent the university appropriately
