You’ve established a strong academic vision and taken ownership of its results. You've led visibly, not from the sidelines. And your work in learning science is grounded in action—you've created something tangible, delivered measurable outcomes, and earned credibility to present it publicly. If this describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its definitive academic leader.
2 Hour Learning has developed a model enabling students to learn at double speed in only two hours per day. This performance is powered by AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based learning paths, and a foundational shift from traditional classroom methods. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader who can drive consistent execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the outward‑facing authority for a movement rooted in robust learning science.
This role is not theoretical. It is an operational leadership charge. You will direct academic strategy in real time, establish rigorous standards, diagnose gaps in execution, and develop high‑performing teams to deliver measurable results. You'll transform our scientific principles into disciplined operations and champion this model to external audiences.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational systems, and application architecture.
- Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery across school teams.
- Integrating data, direct interviews, and field observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.
- Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, continuous feedback, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning outcomes.
- Serving as the principal external representative of 2 Hour Learning, engaging audiences from keynote platforms to meetings with Ministries of Education, advancing global transformation in educational thinking.
- Adjusting individual curriculum elements without influencing broader system‑level change.
- Producing theoretical research disconnected from student performance or operational execution.
- Transferring responsibility for performance outcomes to mid‑level managers or external advisors.
- Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to convince critical audiences.

Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model and replacing it with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. With students consistently ranking in the top 1‑2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible.
At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter. They offer a dynamic, on‑campus and remote‑friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
