In the role of Student Success Coach, you'll support students in grades 3–8 who are motivated to advance rapidly.

• Conducting twice-monthly individual virtual coaching sessions with each student, concentrating on academic planning, drive, and growth mindset
• Facilitating open availability periods where students can access immediate support, motivation, or problem‑solving assistance
• Leveraging AI platforms and monitoring systems to evaluate student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching methodology
• Recording observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student progressing on an accelerated learning path
• Working alongside your colleagues to exchange effective practices, raise critical issues, and continuously enhance the coaching framework

• Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—our technology manages the academic content
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed syllabus
• Supervising or excessively managing unmotivated students—we provide coaching, not constant oversight
• Attending redundant meetings or navigating bureaucratic processes
• Settling for mediocrity—this team is designed for individuals who aspire to perform at an elite level and generate meaningful results

Produce quantifiable academic advancement and student engagement for remote learners through frequent, high‑value mindset coaching within a completely virtual, technology‑enabled framework.

• Master's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
• Demonstrated high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
• Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
• Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
• Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours

• PhD in any field
• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
