• Manage project implementation for various educational interventions, including needs analysis and evaluation
• Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty
• Track operational data, including attendance and evaluation surveys, to ensure quality education programs
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and support of participants in educational programs
• Facilitate communication and coordination among faculty for curriculum planning and program improvement

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a health-related field or project support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in grant writing and proposal development
• Familiarity with educational program development and implementation
• Knowledge of video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of social determinants of health
• Strong presentation skills for various venues, including conferences
