• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to adult education programs
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with continuing medical education or health professions education
• Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and web technologies
• Ability to motivate and encourage faculty to adopt innovative learning styles
• Knowledge of trends in educational and instructional technology
