What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and evaluate instructional resources and educational programs for health professionals
Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create virtual and multimedia education programs
Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching strategies and develop educational materials
Track and monitor operational data to continuously improve educational interventions
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members in instructional design practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
Familiarity with virtual education programs, including both live and asynchronous formats
Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
Knowledge of emerging educational technologies and instructional design trends
