- Develop instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and adult learning strategies
- Design and implement virtual and multimedia education programs for health professionals
- Evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
- Provide coaching and mentoring to faculty and education teams
- Track operational data to ensure continuous improvement of educational interventions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
- Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Ability to evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies
- Strong project management skills to lead instructional design initiatives
