- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare or for health professionals
- Proven experience using ISD principles for the development of multimedia and traditional training systems
- Familiarity with virtual education programs, including both live and asynchronous formats
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in continuing medical education or health professions education
- Background in providing evaluation of instructional delivery procedures and curriculum documents
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and graphic/multimedia development tools
