Placement Coordinator

• Contact K-12 students and their families to initiate and complete course placements
• Conduct placement conferences with students and legal guardians to ensure accurate course assignments
• Review transcripts and report cards to select appropriate courses based on graduation requirements
• Document communications with students and families within designated tools and databases
• Analyze information to identify issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Availability to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and web applications

• Education certification is a plus
