• Develop and evaluate instructional resources and multimedia education programs for health professions
• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to enhance virtual and traditional training systems
• Guide faculty in effective teaching and assessment strategies in a web-based learning environment
• Track and monitor operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational interventions
• Assist with meeting accreditation standards and provide coaching to team personnel

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• At least two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies
• Ability to motivate faculty to explore new learning styles and technologies
