2 Hour Learning has developed a system in which students achieve learning outcomes in half the time, dedicating just two hours daily. The model relies on AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based learning pathways, and a fundamental redesign of traditional instructional environments. Results have been consistently strong. We now require a leader capable of harmonizing execution across varied school implementations, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the authoritative public advocate for a model rooted in rigorous learning science.

This role is not theoretical. It is a leadership charge. You will direct academic strategy in execution, establish performance standards, surface implementation challenges, and mentor high-performing teams toward concrete outcomes. You will bridge our scientific underpinnings with operational rigor and articulate this approach to external audiences.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable guidance for curriculum design, student motivation systems, and application architecture.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of results across school teams.
• Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and observing practice to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact barriers to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on learning objectives.
• Serving as 2 Hour Learning's senior representative in high-profile settings—including keynote presentations and meetings with Ministries of Education—to influence global perspectives on education.

• Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that do not contribute to system-wide improvement.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational implementation.
• Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or conceptual arguments to convince critical audiences.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement founded on rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
