• Develop and enhance instructional resources and materials for various educational interventions
• Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create multimedia education programs for health professions
• Guide faculty in effective teaching and assessment strategies in web-based learning environments
• Track and monitor operational data for continual improvement of educational interventions
• Introduce and implement emerging educational technologies to enhance learning activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• At least two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare education
• Proven experience using ISD principles for the development of multimedia training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interactions with diverse stakeholders

• Experience in continuing medical education or health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology tools
• Ability to provide evaluation of curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
