What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and implement instructional design activities for various educational interventions
Evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures to ensure effectiveness
Collaborate with faculty and education staff to enhance educational materials and resources
Track and monitor operational data for continuous improvement of education interventions
Introduce and implement emerging educational technologies to support learning activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven experience using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles in developing training systems
Experience with virtual education programs and continuing medical education preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
Familiarity with learning management systems and multimedia development tools
Background in adult education programs, particularly for health professionals
Ability to motivate and encourage faculty to adopt innovative teaching strategies
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in instructional design
