• Develop and design instructional resources for various educational interventions
• Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create multimedia education programs
• Evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
• Support faculty in effective teaching strategies within a web-based learning environment
• Track operational data for continual improvement of educational interventions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for adult education programs
• Familiarity with virtual education programs and continuing medical education
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with instructional design for health professions and underserved populations
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and multimedia development tools
• Knowledge of emerging educational technologies and their implementation
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in instructional design
• Familiarity with accreditation standards in education programs
