• Language Proficiency

  Native English speaker (US-based) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural Sensitivity
  :
  Ability to adapt coaching style for students from an Indian educational background.
• Technical Setup
  :
  Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace for video sessions.
• Availability
  :
  Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (mornings or evenings EST/PST to align with Indian Standard Time).
• Soft Skills
  :
  High levels of patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate adult learners.
• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree preferred; TEFL/TESOL certification is a significant plus.

• Facilitate Sessions
  :
  Conduct English conversation classes lasting 50 minutes per session.
• Fluency Coaching
  :
  Guide students through natural dialogue, focusing on pronunciation, idiomatic expressions, and sentence structure.
• Active Feedback
  :
  Provide constructive, real-time feedback to help students overcome specific fluency hurdles common in the Indian foundation.
• Curriculum Adaptation
  :
  Use provided materials or current events to spark engaging and relevant discussions.
• Shift Type

  Fixed Part-Time Evening/Morning (depending on US Time Zone)
