YouTube Growth & Acquisition Lead; Funnel

Your role

As our Performance Marketing Manager for You Tube, you willbuild our You Tube channel from the ground upbe and lead our new customer acquisition efforts on Google's largest video platform. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our international You Tube strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth.

• Execute and optimize the full-funnel You Tube strategy, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA
• Manage and deploy a sizable You Tube budget across multiple markets, making data-driven decisions to scale spend effectively and hit ambitious growth targets
• Manage a complex account architecture, mastering a structure of campaign types like Video Reach Campaigns (VRC), Video View Campaigns (VVC), and Demand Gen as well as features like Brand and Search Lift Testing
• Own a rigorous, high-velocity testing framework for video creatives and actively analyze creative performance focusing on areas such as hooks, formats, CTAs, story arcs, etc, using Google's "ABCD" creative principles as a guide for excellence
• Act as the single point of contact for You Tube creative, translating performance data into actionable briefs to fuel our asset pipeline and maintain a well structured feedback loop
• Dive deep into performance data to understand trends, identify actionable insights, and report on performance to leadership

• 2 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on You Tube Ads;
  Google Ads is essential
• Deep, hands-on expertise in the full suite of You Tube ad formats, such as VRC, VVC, Demand Gen and a strong understanding of how they work together in a full-funnel strategy
• A proven track record of managing and scaling 6-7 digit budgets across multiple markets and channels
• A highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with a passion for turning creative assets into measurable results
• Experience with analytics and data visualization tools like GA4, Tableau, Clarisights, or Google Looker
• You understand and have experience with features like Brand and Search Lift studies, as well as incrementality testing, including their practical applications in driving actionable performance decisions
• A genuine passion for performance marketing, with a constant desire to test, learn, and grow your skills
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another major European language, such as German, French, or Polish, is a strong plus
