The University of Central Arkansas visiting faculty is responsible for teaching, research and service. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. The position is non-tenure track and a one year appointment.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe sucessful candidate will teach four classes a semester, most likely all of these classes will be lower division classes such as principles of microeconomics and principles of macroeconomics. The sucessful candidate will perform a small to moderate amount of departmental services as the need arises.

Education and/or Experience
The formal education of a Master’s degree in Economics is required.
PreferredEducation and/or Experience
Preference will be given to candidates who have a Ph.D in Economics or who are ABD .
