Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare Education and Training

• Manage project plans for various educational interventions, ensuring timely delivery within budget and objectives
• Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty
• Track and analyze operational data related to educational programs
• Coordinate participant recruitment and maintain attendance and evaluation data
• Provide technical support and onboarding for new learners in educational programs

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or project support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Current Driver’s license with the ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in grant writing and proposal development
• Familiarity with educational program development and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for educational content delivery
• Experience in public speaking or presenting at conferences
• Knowledge of accreditation processes in healthcare education
