Genuine School is a K-12 online school founded as a startup, with over 500 students from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. • You have a degree in education, English, languages or related.
• 1+ years of teaching experience.
• You are fluent in English (C1)
• You have TESOL or TEFL certificate
• You believe in alternative teaching methods, and you are open to learn new ones.
• You are familiar with working in different online platforms with bigger groups, like Teams and Zoom.
• You have a very dynamic personality, dynamic enough to shine through the screen
• Actively seek areas of improvement and find effective ways to solve/fix current issues.
• They are punctual, organized, and professional in all aspects of the role.

• Teach English to students in an engaging, interactive, and bilingual environment.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring student progress through assessments and feedback.
• Maintain academic records, update lesson plans, and use Microsoft Teams for documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, projects, and professional development activities.
• Engage with families and students, attending parent-teacher meetings when required.
