• Earned doctorate degree in a relevant field
• Academic and professional/scholarly experience in the aviation industry
• Demonstrated experience in both operations and aviation-related STEM fields
• Expertise in the context of advanced air mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in teaching at the university level
• Background in research related to advanced air mobility or related fields
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technologies
• Active participation in professional organizations related to aviation and aerospace
• Proven ability to mentor students and contribute to their academic success
