What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide analytical and coordination support to federal staff overseeing the TTA system
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and monitoring TTA Hub activities for alignment
  • Aggregate, analyze, and summarize data related to TTA activities and outputs
  • Prepare briefing materials and reports that communicate TTA Hub progress and challenges
  • Support data integrity, version control, and documentation standards for TTA-related records
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Education, Early Childhood, Policy, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Head Start, Early Head Start, or federal training and technical assistance systems
  • 1+ years of experience providing project management, analytical, or operational support in a federal or large-scale program environment
  • 1+ years of experience supporting coordination of multipartner or multiregional initiatives
  • US government-issued security clearance required (will be initiated upon hire)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Head Start Program Performance Standards or federal grant-funded program operations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret statutes and regulations
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience drafting formal policy documents
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with federal agencies and diverse partners in the early childhood field
