Overview
RAHI is a unique six-week college prep program at UAF that helps rural and Alaska Native students explore higher education, earn college credits, and participate in enriching activities. As an Overnight Safety Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming dorm environment for students living on campus. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of both students and staff, conducting regular dorm patrols, and responding to emergencies as needed.

- Available on-call under the supervision of the RAHI Dorm Director and participate in night-shift operations.
- Driver’s license and ability to demonstrate 3 years of clean driving record with no felony arrest or felony conviction.
- High School graduate or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' Campus in Fairbanks, Alaska. It is a full-time, non-exempt temporary staff position. New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
