Overview

Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Part-Time (8:30 AM - 1:30 PM) Preschool Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Antioch for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated and passionate Teacher Aide/Support Staff member who can work as part of a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that support our children's development.

• Support the Little Miracles Community Program for children with developmental and related disorders in Antioch.
• Help create a fun, engaging environment and assist with educational activities that support children's development.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to provide care and supervision.

• 1 year minimum working with children aged 0-5 years old.
• CPR certification.
• A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units is preferred, but enrollment before or after starting is acceptable.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the children.
• Bilingual preferred (but not required).

  High school or equivalent (Preferred)
