Your objective? • Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, language specialists, and AI professionals to expand the possibilities of language education, directly influencing the educational experience of thousands of students.
• Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enriched learning experiences that both instruct students and spark their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

• Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction within our accelerated learning framework.
• Operating independently—you'll collaborate with our forward-thinking team advancing the application of AI in English education.
• Concentrating exclusively on abstract concepts—each AI solution you create will tangibly affect how students comprehend and utilize language skills in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning methodology.

Lead quantifiable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency development across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
