• Provide strategic academic leadership for all nursing programs in alignment with accreditation standards
• Mentor Academic Program Directors and faculty to enhance teaching and program quality
• Develop and manage the nursing academic unit’s budget alongside administrative teams
• Oversee the CCNE accreditation process, ensuring compliance with necessary standards
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports diverse student populations and workforce demands

• Terminal degree required in a relevant discipline (e.g., DNP, PhD, EdD)
• Master’s degree in nursing required
• Unencumbered registered nursing license required;
  California license preferred
• 5+ years of experience supervising professional faculty and/or staff required
• 8+ years of full-time teaching experience in higher education required

• 10+ years of management experience preferred
• Experience in academic program evaluation and accreditation processes required
• Expertise in curriculum development and teaching at all three levels (BSN, MSN, Doctorate) preferred
• Knowledge of NCLEX preparation tools and accreditation standards preferred
• Experience teaching in a Competency Based Curriculum preferred
