• Manage project timelines and deliverables for various educational interventions
• Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty
• Track and analyze operational data to improve education programs
• Coordinate recruitment and support for participants in educational initiatives
• Assist with grant writing, reporting, and creating operational reports for funders

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in educational program development and implementation
• Familiarity with accreditation processes in healthcare education
• Background in grant development and writing
• Skills in leveraging technology for educational content delivery
• Experience with data analysis and reporting in an educational context
