Instructional Design Specialist

• Develop and evaluate instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design principles
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational materials and teaching strategies
• Track and monitor operational data for continual improvement of educational interventions
• Design and develop online courses, web pages, and multimedia learning materials
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team personnel in the design and development of instructional materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience with Instructional Systems Design principles for adult education programs
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Ability to evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and multimedia development tools
• Strong project management skills to motivate faculty in innovative teaching methods
