Instructional Design Specialist

• Develop and design instructional resources and online courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles

• Integrate emerging educational technologies into training programs for health professionals
• Provide guidance on curriculum evaluation and instructional delivery procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven expertise in using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and faculty

• Experience in continuing medical education or related health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology tools
• Background in developing educational materials for diverse and underserved populations
