• Develop and design instructional resources and educational materials for health professions
• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create effective multimedia education programs
• Provide guidance and support to faculty on teaching strategies in online learning environments
• Track and analyze operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational interventions
• Assist with meeting accreditation standards and provide coaching to team members

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience in continuing medical education or health professions training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology
• Background in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
• Innovative mindset with a focus on integrating emerging educational technologies
