This role is not about selling an institution. It is about earning the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make. Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours per day through AI-powered platforms, dedicating the remainder of their time to building competencies in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. The organization is preparing to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single interaction: the admissions process.

Your work will be central to that. This is a bespoke, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional intake process or call-center workflow. You will be accountable for the complete admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through transition, ensuring exceptional service throughout. You will assess incoming leads, support families through complex decision points, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can prioritize what drives results: trust-building, relationship depth, and enrollment conversion.

• Stewarding the complete admissions experience for each assigned family with precision, empathy, and responsiveness.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through informed questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-supported insights.
• Serving as the sole contact for parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and ongoing follow-through — ensuring a concierge standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
• Applying AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as Hub Spot) to rank priorities, streamline follow-up sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.

• Operating from scripts or formulaic procedures — this position demands discernment, professionalism, and interpersonal acuity.
• Becoming mired in procedural delays — you will not be constrained by layers of internal approval or dependency on other teams for forward movement.
• Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds lasting family trust and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

• 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• History of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
• CRM proficiency (Hub Spot preferred) and experience overseeing multi-phase journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
• Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation platforms, and strategic workflow management.
• Established ability to handle detail-intensive work with precision — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, and CRM discipline.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
• Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

• Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrable interest in education innovation.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
