• Collaborate with faculty to develop and enhance educational materials and didactics
• Track operational data, administer surveys, and conduct data collection and analysis
• Coordinate participant recruitment and maintain attendance and evaluation data for educational programs
• Support grant development and reporting, including creating operational reports for external funders

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with survey and database software
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in project management or educational program development
• Familiarity with technology and digital platforms for education delivery
• Previous involvement in grant writing or academic publishing
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment
