CTE Workforce Readiness Coordinator

• Assist with the daily operations of the Career Technical Education (CTE) program
• Collaborate with administrators, support personnel, teachers, and students to ensure effective delivery of CTE
• Develop and facilitate career skill development workshops and work‑based learning simulation opportunities
• Support student attainment of the OMJ Readiness Seal and assist with identifying job placements for CTE pathway students
• Ensure program compliance at school and state levels, including tracking work‑based learning and post‑program placement data collection

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Career Technical Education (CTE) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a student information system or database

• Experience as an online/virtual educator
• Additional Career Technical Education (CTE) experience
