• Serve as a training solution partner, working independently with stakeholders to define needs and design training solutions
• Manage multiple instructional design projects and training programs concurrently using project management skills
• Design effective training materials such as online modules, microlearning courses, and instructor‑led training
• Write and edit technical documents including training aids and participant guides
• Support the maintenance and reporting of the Learning Management System, particularly Workday Learning & Performance modules

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in an adult learning role
• Extensive knowledge of best practices in instructional materials creation for adult education and corporate training
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate, Storyline, and microlearning platforms

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in Organizational Development or related project work in Human Resources
• Experience facilitating adult professional development or team engagements
• Certification in Insights Discovery, MBTI, or similar assessments
• Prior experience with Workday Learning and Performance Management modules
