• Must be a resident and eligible to work in the United States
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Security, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Practical professional work experience in cybersecurity or a related role
• Commitment to teaching in an online environment and upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
• Internet connection and computer with video capabilities

• College-level teaching experience, particularly in online instruction
• Experience aligning academic instruction with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF)
• PhD in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Active cybersecurity industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+)
