• Develop and evaluate instructional resources using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles
• Guide faculty in effective teaching and assessment strategies in a web-based learning environment
• Design and create online courses and learning materials with a focus on usability
• Track and monitor operational data to support continual improvement of educational interventions
• Introduce and implement emerging educational technologies to enhance learning activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Ability to evaluate curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology tools
