Academic Success Coach

A company is looking for a Your Pace Academic Success Coach to support undergraduate and graduate students in the Your Pace program.

Key Responsibilities Provide proactive outreach and monitor academic progress for students Assist students in navigating university systems and policies Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote student retention and timely degree completion

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or three to five years of professional experience Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations Experience in education-related fields such as admissions, tutoring, advising, or counseling Proficiency with standard workplace software and virtual communication tools Proof of a stable and reliable internet connection for remote work
