We now need a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the public authority for a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science.

This is not a position focused on academic theory. It is a leadership imperative. You will direct the academic strategy in action, establish explicit standards, surface execution shortfalls, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve tangible results. You will convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and champion this model globally.

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivation architecture, and application development.
• Directing academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to secure alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across school teams.
• Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the external representative of 2 Hour Learning at senior forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence global perspectives on education.

• Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or implementation.
• Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to convince critical stakeholders.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by standardizing execution across school sites, raising leadership performance benchmarks, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement founded on evidence-based science and demonstrated results.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
