What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop and implement instructional design activities for various educational interventions
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create and enhance educational materials and courses
- Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to evaluate and improve educational programs
- Monitor operational data and provide reports for continuous improvement of educational interventions
- Assist in the integration of emerging educational technologies into training programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare or adult education
- Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
- Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with continuing medical education or health professions training
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills to motivate faculty and staff
