• Design and lead training and professional development strategies for research administration across grants, clinical research, and clinical studies
• Manage, recruit, and develop staff while overseeing team performance and departmental budgets
• Partner with subject matter experts to create high-impact learning tools and e-learning platforms
• Evaluate learning needs and recommend scalable training solutions to support faculty and staff
• Collaborate with leadership to measure training outcomes and track workforce development metrics

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management
• 7+ years of progressive experience in training, learning design, or workforce development in complex organizations
• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including conflict resolution and effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in business and management computer applications and familiarity with regulatory requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Research Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (CRA, PMP, CPTD, or similar)
• Experience managing professional development programs for adult learners in research, healthcare, or higher education settings
• Knowledge of sponsor regulations (e.g., NIH, NSF) and compliance frameworks affecting research administration
• Familiarity with instructional design models and modern learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Canvas)
