Job Description:
Norwich University's College of Graduate & Continuing Studies seeks individuals qualified to develop and/or teach online asynchronous undergraduate courses in Psychology. The program offers small class sizes tailored to the needs of adult learners and places great emphasis on a positive student experience and high student achievements.
The development and teaching of courses in all areas of psychology is needed, but there is a need for development/teaching in the following areas:
- Forensic Psychology
- Adolescent Psychology
- Personality & Perception
- Experimental Psychology
- Cognition
- History of Psychology
- Learning & Memory
Course development and adjunct teaching are performed on a contract basis. Norwich provides training to new course developers and adjunct instructors. Course developers work as part of a team that includes instructional designers, media specialists, digital librarians, and academic program leaders.
Requirements:- Master’s degree in psychology or related field, Ph.D. preferred;
- Experience developing and/or teaching online psychology courses for asynchronous adult learners
