Job Title: Middle School English Teacher
Location: Remote (Must reside in AZ)
Reports to: Director of Academics
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
You’ll be part of the Academic English team, working closely with students and their families and other English teachers. This team is responsible for educating Primavera students in their English classes.
Difference You Will MakeIn this role, your work will directly impact students, their families, and other teachers by teaching them in engaging lessons, building meaningful relationships, and helping students earn their high school diploma.
A Typical Day Looks Like- Lesson plan for engaging live sessions
- Deliver engaging lessons to students both synchronously and asynchronously
- Communicate with students to help them get to graduation
- Use Canvas, Google Drive, and Power School
- AZ Teaching certificate of English for grades 7-8
- Technology savvy
- Doing what is best for the students at Primavera
- Any previous LMS use
- Knowledge and ability to use Google Drive
- Web 2.0 Skills
