We utilise digital tools, structured systems, and ongoing training to support professionals in building self-directed careers.

• Conduct structured conversations with pre-qualified individuals
• Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
• Use digital platforms such as Linked In, Zoom, and email for communication and engagement
• Apply simple marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage enquiries
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development
• Manage your own schedule, workflow, and performance targets

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of organisation
• Confident using digital tools and online platforms
• Demonstrates initiative, consistency, and a results‑oriented mindset
• Interest in personal development and continuous learning
