* ** JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
** Penn State University Park Industrial Engineering professor is seeking Penn State students to work as part-time research assistants. The research project is to examine the impact of teaming trainings on engineering students at Penn State and other Universities.
** Job Duties
** Typical job duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Gather research materials
* Process human-subject data
* Conduct literature reviews
* Write technical reports

Requirements and Qualifications
* Penn State student
* Have or will be completing IRB-certification
* Have strong written communication (writing) skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Hourly pay rate varies ($16-$22/hour) based on qualifications.
