Adjunct Faculty within the College of Professional Studies (CPS) play a critical role in the success of UNE’s online programs. Faculty facilitate the learning process for online students through timely, effective instruction and clear communication. Instructors also serve as mentors, sharing their expertise to guide students and help them achieve their educational and professional goals. Faculty support student retention by creating a positive educational environment, enabling students to gain the maximum benefit from the program in which they are enrolled.
Instructors will receive supervision, collaboration, and guidance from the UNE Online Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health (PBPH) and Bachelor of Health Sciences (BSHS) Program.
UNE is Maine’s largest private university, with two beautiful coastal campuses in Maine, a one-of-a-kind study-abroad campus in Tangier, Morocco, and an array of flexible online offerings. In an uncommonly welcoming and supportive community, we offer hands‑on learning, empowering students to positively impact a world full of challenges. We are the state’s top provider of health professionals and home to Maine’s only medical and dental colleges, a variety of other interprofessionally aligned health care programs, and nationally recognized programs in the marine sciences, the natural and social sciences, business, the humanities, and the arts.
