Job Description & How to Apply Below
Make a real impact on students' lives with this flexible opportunity as a bilingual school psychologist for the  academic year. This contract role offers the choice of part-time or full-time hours and is well-suited for those passionate about serving K-12th grade populations in diverse educational settings near Plano, TX. The assignment spans from August 2026 through May 2027, with the unique possibility of focusing on early childhood services, depending on district needs.

Your expertise will contribute to district-wide assessments, student evaluations, and participation in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings. Bilingual professionals, especially in Spanish-English, are highly valued, and your ability to communicate with a wide range of students and families will make a difference. Expect to complete approximately 8-12 evaluations each month. Counseling and cognitive/achievement test administration are not part of this scope.

While the majority of responsibilities are on-site, the district supports remote work for report writing and related documentation-giving you important flexibility.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
  • Current licensure/certification in School Psychology
  • Experience with K-12 assessments, eligibility evaluations, and ARDs
  • Bilingual proficiency-Spanish preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit to work across campuses or with early childhood teams
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and independently
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and completing student assessments and evaluations
  • Participating in ARDs and collaborating with educational teams
  • Supporting students across multiple campuses or within early childhood programs
  • Preparing thorough and timely evaluation reports (with option for remote work)
You'll find rewarding professional growth with an immediate interview process and the chance to be instrumental in shaping equitable educational opportunities.

If you're ready to empower students and contribute your bilingual expertise, submit your application today for prompt consideration!
