The Enterprise Systems Product Manager contributes to the roadmap, enhancements, and execution of a defined area within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud . This role supports critical service and support processes, including case management, customer engagement, and digital experience delivery. Working cross-functionally, this individual delivers scalable, effective solutions that enhance customer support operations, self-service capabilities, and partner/community experiences.
Whether improving existing functionality or implementing new capabilities, this role ensures alignment with business goals and a seamless end-to-end customer journey. This position is highly collaborative and hands-on, focused on optimizing internal service workflows, enabling support teams, and delivering intuitive, impactful experiences for both internal users and external customers.

Position Information :This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Technical Product Management Director.
Compensation :Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 110,862 and $ 125,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location :In this US-based position your location will be remote, however the successful candidate must be able to work Eastern time zone business hours regardless of their physical work location.
Travel :You can also expect up to approximately 20 % travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
