Qualifications:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Proven experience conducting educational assessments and writing diagnostic reports
• MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and families
• Skilled at collaborating with interdisciplinary school teams to develop appropriate educational plans
• Comfortable working with students from varied backgrounds and abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with online assessment tools and hybrid learning environments a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer standardized assessments and diagnostic evaluations for students
• Interpret results and collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress with families and staff, both in English and Spanish
• Maintain accurate evaluation records and adhere to confidentiality standards
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt assessment and reporting processes to both in-person and remote settings as needed
